Food Product Development Scientist

I am currently conducting a search for a Product Development Scientist for a major food manufacturer in the Nashville area.  Successful candidates will possess a minimum, of 2 years of food product development experience and a B.S. degree (Masters preferred).  In addition, I am looking for an innovator who has strong project management skills and has the passion for developing high quality food products for the consumer.
