MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

 



Fundamental Duties

·         Perform routine scheduled maintenance on all production equipment

·         Keep preventive maintenance log book

·         Keep inventory of PM parts for production equipment

·         Interaction with Technical Coordinators to solve difficult issues

·         Independent Troubleshooting of Machines and Systems

·         Electrical and PLC Repairs and Projects

·         Complex HVAC, Plumbing, and Hydraulic duties

·         Complex carpentry and some finish carpentry as needed

·         Other duties as determined by Supervisor

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

·         Technical degree or technical certifications

·         HVAC, Plumbing, or hydraulics experience… 1 required

·         Electronics Tech experience to board level component replacement

·         High Level Electrical Experience, as well as PLC experience

·         5 –7 years of successful work experience

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks

·         Must work well both independently and with others

·         Ability to lead projects with direction from Supervisor and Engineers

·         Ability to work with and aide outside Contractors and Vendors

·          Good organizational skills

·          Must be able to read basic schematics, blueprints and various production meters

 

 

Education/ Certifications

·       High School Diploma or equivalent

·       Technical degree or certifications

·       Electrical Certification is a plus
