Individuals who are driven to earn our customers' trust and business every day, who act with integrity, who treat everyone fairly and value diversity, and who are accountable for their actions are welcome to show interest in becoming a member of our winning team.To provide technical service on Preventive Maintenance calls, shuttle necessary parts and supplies for service repair completion for repair technicians, to perform on-the-job training tasks when working with a Repair Technician on call types.QualificationsPerform Preventive Maintenance Checks in the customer s home.Ride with or meet technician at designated location to assist on service call when assignedShuttle parts and supplies to technician when applicableProvide courteous customer serviceWork as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customerDemonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments Successfully complete all Technician training elements within required timeframesMeet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the businessProvide knowledgeable and courteous preventive maintenance serviceContinuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experienceFollow the Value Added Services Process (i.e., selling extended warranties, water filters, etc.) by effectively communicating the benefits to the customerAbility to receive truck stock at home if the company vehicle is retained at the technician's place of residenceMaintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standardsFollow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truckAdhere to all company policies and proceduresPerform miscellaneous duties as assignedExperience/Education Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMechanical aptitude requiredMust be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and driver's license checkMust possess and maintain a valid state driver's license per company policyRequired Job Competencies:Work well with others in a team environment to deliver high performance resultsOutstanding customer service skillsOpen to change and the ability to implement change quickly and effectivelyConvey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviorsExcellent communication skills Good listening skillsBenefitsBenefits:As an associate, your career path options will be determined by your performance as well as your desire to advance further within our organization.
