RSR will ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans with retailers in assigned territory. This territory consists of high volume chain grocers and mass merchandiser customers. Retail execution to include selling and to ensure 100 % distribution on all "authorized" Hershey Items across all trade classes. RSR will sell, insure best in class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintain salability of all authorized Hershey Items. • Retail Execution of the Company Sales Plan for each retailer in the assigned territory. Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all "authorized" Hershey Items in assigned territory. Ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with various retailers. Provide solutions to customers through analysis of customers and market wide sales data. Develop customized sales presentations utilizing basic Microsoft office products. • Develop Key Decision Makers (within assigned territory) resulting in customer support of Promotional Objectives detailed in the Retail Execution Plan. • Achieve all merchandising objectives through the effective use of Permanent Seconday Displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan • Reporting of weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions within assigned territory. • Reporting of Daily activities through the use of Retail Handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day. • Administer and demonstrate effective and judicious use of promotional / primary secondary display contract funds within company guidelines. Basic Skills/Experience • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver's license without restrictions • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage • Ability to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls on a daily basis • Ability to work occasional weekends and overnight stays as required by the territory. • Requires the ability to lift 10-50 lbs. on a repetitive basis • Intermediate computer skills • Analog phone line for home office Preferred Skills • Bachelors Degree • I - 2 Yrs Recent sales experience through full time, internships or Co-Op opportunities • Experience selling in high volume environments • CPG or related experience • Experience with Chain Grocers or Mass Merchandisers in any capacity     If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=514773-3-773 Interested?
