Company Information.  AirTight Insulation is a spray foam insulation contractor with an established presence in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Our customers include residential and commercial contractors and homeowners who want the very best insulation available.  The company has a solid reputation for quality work and outstanding customer service.

 

Job Purpose.  The sales representative is responsible for estimating residential and commercial insulation jobs in southwestern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.  A background that includes construction sales is preferred.  Leads are furnished on a continuous basis. Canvassing for new leads, especially those from the new construction and architectural industries is essential.

 

Job Duties:

 

-  Measure new and existing buildings for spray foam insulation

-  Accurately prepare quotations for customers in a timely manner

-  Perform continuous follow–up on open leads

-  Maintain database of contacts and potential customers

-  Perform presentations to educate builders and architects about our products

-  Attend trade shows to display product and speak with potential clients

-  Prepare work orders to ensure the completed job exceeds customer expectations

-  Complete & submit proper paperwork in a timely manner

-  Cultivate new customers and maintain contact with existing client base.

-  Attend networking/committee meetings to maintain a company presence within vital associations/organizations

Salary:  This is a commission based position.  Proven income potential of $50K - $100K
