Sales and Marketing Assistant - E-commerce/eBay Sales

EnviroInks.com, is a growing eBay Powerseller and online retailer of printing supplies and is looking for a motivated individual to assist with general office duties including answering of phone, eBay auction ad creation, taking pictures of merchandise, quality assessments, and data entry.  Very strong phone skills as well as typing skills are a must.  We offer health benefits, a flexible work schedule and a performance bonus. Job Purpose: Become well rounded in many aspects of the office environment, eBay auction creation and general customer assistance.Duties: Assist customers with orders Answer phones and provide courteous and helpful assistance. Assist customers through email and with the return of merchandise Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Contribute to team effort by working closely with other individuals on our team and assist in developing new sales/quality strategies as needed. Skills/Qualifications: We are seeking an adept professional with Microsoft Office and Internet skills.  Candidates must be organized and professional, and must be capable of analyzing information, problem solving, and friendly, professional verbal and written communication.
