Position Title: Sales and Training ExecutiveReporting To: Regional Sales DirectorDirect Reports: NonePosition Objective: Achieve retail sales goals by sourcing, hiring, and training Beauty Advisors. Manage BAs and freelancers in executing events to maximize promotional activities and launches.% Of Time in Field: 90%Responsibilities:Sourcing and hiring" Consistently sourcing and interviewing candidates for Business Manager and Beauty Advisor positions using Lancme Interview Guide" Maintain accurate records on Demo system to reflect correct staffingTraining and development" Develop, motivate and train Beauty Advisor through role play and in-store coaching" Actively plan, execute, and follow-up on new hire training using the Discover Lancme program" Work with Beauty Advisor to help increase sales by making sure s/he is fulfilling all the responsibilities as a BA" Teach BA how to maximize productivity by developing selling skills, customer service skills, booking events, mastering makeup application skills and product demonstration" Work closely with Regional Education Executives to ensure that training standards are being metIn-store seasonal planning and execution " Plan and negotiate product launches, GWPs, and PWPs with store manager, department manager, and business manager to ensure maximum visual effect and sales performance" Plan, communicate and execute all in-store makeup eventsMaintain counter quality and merchandising" Monitor cleanliness of the counter stock and display units, and teach BAs Lancme counter quality requirements" Execute and maintain all Lancme merchandising standardsMaintain budget" Maintain seasonal freelance budget, including sourcing freelance makeup artists, booking for appropriate events, and executing their payments within the seasonal budget" Process personal T&E expenses in a timely manner and within the guidelinesCommunication" Daily communication with AAM regarding business performance, stock conditions, and staffing issues" Daily communication with store management regarding event performance, employee turnover, and training Requirements:" Bachelor s degree preferred and minimum 5 years in cosmetic or retail management" Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker" Good communication and organization skills, analytical in approach to identifying opportunities" Experience in motivating and training sales staff" Basic computer skills necessaryCompensation:" Salary + Bonus" Bonus based on 100% retail
