Senior Marketing Manager - ecommerce & health and beauty

Linkstar Interactive is seeking Senior Marketing Manager to helpmanage the growth if several current and future health and beauty productsdeveloped for its ecommerce division.  Basedin our Wexford offices, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible forleading the continuing growth and overall member value of all LI health andbeauty products, and work with the team to execute new ideas in order toincrease marketability and profitability. We currently have four products inthis line:  Trimday (www.trimday.com), Vioderm (www.vioderm.com), Purity (www.puritymakeup.com), and EternalMinerals (www.eternalminerals.com).Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: website redesigns, product lineexpansion, packaging redesigns, creative updates, copywriting, and helping toshape the overall brand.  This job willencompass a wide variety of tasks (on- and off-line) such as competitiveresearch, optimization, packaging improvements, improvements to billing, etc.The day-to-day will always change and evolve, but your ultimate goal is to thesuccess of the product and helping to add to the bottom line.  This position works very closely with theProduct Management, Project Manager, Procurement, Engineering, and Designdepartments, so communication skills, consensus building and working well witha cross-functional team are key to your success in this role.

Requirements:

--College Degree, MBA preferred

--Minimum 5 years marketing experience, preferably forconsumer facing products. 

--Excellent organizational skills

--Excellent written and verbal communication skills

--Experience working with a graphic design team

--Excellent ability to work within a team

 

Preferred

--Track record of success with a CPG product (cosmetic orhealth/beauty preferred)

--Experience with ecommerce/online marketing

--Experience with product development

--Experience with infomercial, TV, print campaigns
