We have an immediate need for a Senior Quality Systems Engineer at our Madison, WI facility.  This position will support Total Quality Management initiatives with the Fiskars Craft division.  This would encompass design & implementation of business processes & systems, quality manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier management.  End result is a total quality system for all business processes and delivery of products with an acceptable level of quality relative to the Branding, at target cost and on time.

 

It is essential for applicants to have the following competencies:Advanced technical and problem solving skillsStrong analytical and creative troubleshooting skillsSelf-starter with meticulous attention to detail and highly organizedMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will enhance cross-functional team work.Must have strong written communication skills – including functional and technical specification documentation ability. 

 

Must have Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering.  Minimum of 7 years experience in related field within a global Consumer Products environment is required.  This position travels within the US and internationally approximately 10% of the time, therefore, a valid passport is required.
