Sr. VP Marketing, $170K+ ~~ Consumer Products

 

Our Division (of a $550mm parent corporation) is a $200mm premier manufacturer in the area of consumer products. Our product line is found in leading retail stores nationwide. Headquartered in Eastern Pennsylvania, we are searching for a forward thinking Sr. VP.

We need someone who is more that just a senior marketing executive.  You need to have a passion and understanding of the consumer products arena, and love to get in there and deal with issues facing the business. We are looking for a dynamic leader, one with strategic vision who is willing to rollup their sleeves to make it happen! The successful candidate will define the strategic marketing vision and be given the authority to manage the day-to-day execution of tactical activities to meet the goals. You will have demonstrated your ability to implement a successful consumer marketing process that includes analyzing market requirements and trends, recommending product positioning and pricing and developing advertising campaigns. In short, we seek a leader, someone comfortable with their skill sets and able to lead  successful business to the next level!

 REQUIREMENTS:

* MUST have a BS/BA

* MUST have a minimum of 15 years of experience in mass marketing and sales

* MUST have a progressive career path of success within the social expressions or stationery industry

* MUST have previous experience with major retailers (Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Target) is a must

* MUST  be approachable, a good communicator, and a team builder

* IDEALLY will currently be employed as a Director or VP Marketing & Sales

* IDEALLY will have their MBA
