These opportunities are for 40-hour workweeks and will last from May until late August or early September. The Seasonal Route Sales Representative will focus on supporting our Route Sales team, setting up new accounts, and delivering our products to commercial and residential customers.MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivery ExecutionDelivering correct product as scheduled to all customersMaintenance of necessary delivery information on all accountsPrompt response to all special service requests or needsCourteous, kind, and friendly during the execution of the delivery processTeam ExecutionAbility to support team with decisions and support when neededAbility and willingness to communicate and participate within teamAbility to problem solve and manage conflict within a team Must be 19 years old or older, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving related convictions in the last 7 years Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, 200 times a day Must be able to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day Service-oriented and dependableStrong organization skillsAbility to interact and communicate effectively with othersWillingness to work in different types of weatherThis is a tremendous opportunity in a continuously growing organization.
