Nestlé Waters North America, the nation's largest bottled water company, is currently seeking a Territory Account Manager for the Richmond, VA area. This position entails developing NWNA sales within a specified geography and group of accounts. Account types will vary by geography. The Territory Account Manager will also responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales within existing accounts and acquiring new accounts (distribution) throughout geography.Major Responsibilities:' Selling in of NWNA's domestic and imported brands to stores, deli's, cafeterias and fine/casual dining locations.' Identify new customer and sales opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and / or fact-finding utilizing databases, websites, or customer lists and calling on, selling and closing these prospective customers ' Negotiate contractual agreements for exclusivity, placement, space, merchandising, promotion and / or equipment accounts' Build relationships with distributor partners and manage the profitable sell-through of NWNA Retail products to assigned customers through distributor work-withs, training, and networking' Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies' Enhance on-premise placement of NWNA products with point-of-purchase materials' Gain new SKU distribution Key skill sets and requirements:' High energy, aggressive, assertive and driven sales professional with at least 2 years of sales experience. Experience in consumer package goods is highly preferred.' Creative and innovative; Adaptable to different customers, styles, and business conditions' Sound business judgment, ability to make decisions and excellent customer focus ' Able to work in low bureaucratic/political environment, outside the box thinker, sense of humility, ' Flexible, adaptable to changing conditions, an excellent team player, and confident in social situations.'
