 The Workforce Manager is responsible for managing analysts that complete daily forecasts and provide daily scheduling for all client service associates based on historic call volumes.  Daily decisions are made based on call volumes and forecast that impact overall service delivery to clients.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management.

 ·  Significant contact with internal “clients” to ensure vacation, unscheduled days off, training, etc. are factored into the call forecast and addressed on the schedule

·  Interaction with Managers and Supervisors critical to ensure proper staffing in maintained

·  Manage workforce team of 4 analysts

·  Complete quarterly IDP’s and annual reviews

·  Create daily work schedules for call center queue, accounting for call volumes and available staff

·  Forecast call volumes based on historical inbound calls by date

·  Communicate with Client Service Leadership Team to resolve challenged days based on higher than expected call volumes

 Qualifications



·  Competent decision making skills

·  Excellent written and communication skills

·  Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills

·  Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

·  Detail oriented and able to work well given timeframes and standards

 Education/Experience

 Bachelors Degree

2-3 years prior Supervisory experience

2-3 years experience creating schedules and forecasting volume in a call center environment
